A friend of mine sent me a bag of finely ground Turkish coffee. I don't have the special little pot to prepare the coffee. How else can I use it ? Thanks.
cardamom is optional. as rasputina said use a saucepan and dont forget to add the sugar beforehand and don't boil.you might get a bitter taste.
I always get Turkish grind and just use a cone, but, if you like that last little sip of mud, rasputina is spot on.
You can just use a small saucepan on the stove. Don't forget the cardamom pods.
