Does anyone have any recipes, tips etc. using Sake Kasu? I'm especially interested in dressings and marinades, but anything would be really appreciated.

One of the best things I've ever eaten was the Sake Kasu Black Cod at Nobu. I'm sure if you Google this you'll have hundreds of hits.
