Sunday dinner: Fish, Cafe Constant or La Fontaine de Mars?

Which of the three do you recommend? We have reservations at Fish but could change them to La Fontaine. Cafe Constant does not take reservations so how long would the wait be? Looking for godo food/wine and a cozy atmosphere.....it will be our last meal in Paris. Thanks

Depends when you are going. If it is after the new head chef at Fish has started (in the next few weeks) it would be Fish - they have secured the services of someone quite interesting.

Their previous Chef Matt Ong left to set up Albion before Christmas and some of the new team have already started as they staff up to run the new wine bar opposite. Has anyone earn there since Matt moved on? How has it changed?

The meal is for the 22nd. Will he start by them?

All three are good and can be termed "cozy". None are what I would term "destination" restaurants; personally I prefer Cafe Constant, reservations not accepted so come early or late.

Of those 3, I would also pick Cafe Constant. I like the crab and potato dish and the profiteroles there.
