Costco Seasonal Items

Does anyone know when the Kerrygold butter will be back at Costco? The cashier mentioned a while back that it was seasonal and I wasn't paying attention. It's been gone for a long time. I wish they had a list on their website telling us when different items are available.

Last time I saw it there (last month?) it was in tubs as opposed to the usual foil-wrapped block.

Yes, and not located with the other (Kirkland) butters in the tall, stand-up cases with doors. It was in the low, open refrigerated cases around the cheeses, etc. At least in Fort Worth.

Same in So CA, foil wrapped block with the imported cheeses, including some Kerrygold cheese.

It's never been over with the other kirkland butter at any of the various Costco locations across a few states that I've shopped at. It's always been over by the cheese and deli stuff by the meat dept.

Last year I saw it one day and didn't buy it - what was I thinking? I went back to get it 3 days later - it was all gone - wiped out. I guess people know their butters.

I'm paying $2.69 for 8 oz at Wegman's for it - but it is quite a bit less than the Dane butter Wegman's carry (which for some reason, we just don't like.)

They had it at the Austin TX Costco when I was there a week ago.

Saw the Kerrygold butter just this afternoon in Fort Worth, along with several Kerrygold cheeses. Good luck in your search -- it's frustrating to hear something's available all over the country and not be able to find it at home.

Boy is that the truth. My mom and I commiserate on Costco finds fairly often and live in different states LOL.

Lots of items are dependent on the area of the country as well as customer demand.

i can't help you with the Costco seasonality issue, but if you have a Trader Joe's nearby they sell Kerrygold.
