Looking for a place that serves sushi and has good options for non-sushi eaters? Okinawa Hibachi in Ossning? Kira Sushi in Armonk? Thanks,

  1. I'm thinking of going to Lucky Buddha tonight, which got a great review in the times a while back and has a very diverse menu to satisfy non-sushi eaters and sushi eaters alike. I'll report back if we go.

Also, Yama in Briarcliff has a respectable non-sushi menu that has always satisfied non-sushi eating friends.

Personally I think Lucky Buddha is overrated and the noise level coming out of the hibachi side of the restaurant can be a real turn off (lots of birthdays and celebrations going on). Service tends to be sluggish as well. The foods not bad but there are better.

We ended up at Yama Fuji, specifically because I got the feeling from the LB website that it was going to be loud and crowded and we felt like having a low key dinner. I'm still curious, but can't say I'll be rushing there anytime soon.
