Mori - of Mori Sushi - who sold his restaurant but has been working twice a week - is working his last day today (and tonight).

I assume they're getting their product from the same sources. Not sure how it could be that much different. Prices are not any less, I know that.
He is staying in Los Angeles, but will be in a new, but similar business - rice farming. He will be growing rice in Urugay. But spending most of his time here. Also venturing into ceramics - handmade items.
