The villa and azul

Is the Villa by Barton G. Worth the price or is it best to go for cocktails just to see the Villa. I called and they accept reservations for cocktails.
Also, any word about the new chef at Azul, is it still as good?

I've only been to Azul, not Villa by Barton G, and then only for a special event, but it was excellent. For a high end meal, it's one of the best you'll find in Miami.

I'm not sure Villa is a place you can just go to for cocktails, but I could be mistaken.
