Calphalon Unison Nonstick

BluPlateSpec Jan 13, 2012 09:46 AM

I been using a new Calphalon Unison nonstick 10” omelette pan for a while now and it's the best nonstick pan I've had. I had older Calphalon nonstick pas that started sticking after a little use but this new surface it very different. After four months of use it's still releasing food like it did on day one. A big improvement. Anybody else having experience with Unison?

I have a 12 inch griddle. Non-stick performance is great, but I find the coating to be a bit soft and scratch easily. I suspect I won't get any more than 2 years of regular use out of this pan.

No, but Calphalon has several nonstick line. Which one is yours? Could it be your previous one belong to the lower tier line like the Calphalon Everyday line?
