Tasty Tapas Search (Essex/Passaic/Morris)?!?

I have tried a few places in Newark which were good but far and hard to park. I have gone to Montclair’s Tapastry which was so oily it literally made me ill. I have gone to Bistro 18 in Montclair, which has specific tapas nights, the food was acceptable, but not worth another glance and limited.

I love the food, love the concept, but cannot find it anywhere
