I've been twice -- it's steps from my office -- and I would not go back. I found the food quite dull and expensive for small portions. I have had two different types of fish and both were under-seasoned with virtually no taste on a naked plate. Haughty inattentive service.

Rouge Tomate is at the top of my list for dining pleasure. Along with my two eating (foodies as well) companions, we make it a point to dine there on a regular basis. We only sit at the bar and dine. Food is absolutely marvelous and you walk away satiated but never stuffed. It's clean, well done food executed for the person who can appreciated such. My favorite starter is the "Poke"-Hawaiian" cerviche" made from tuna-more of a seasoned sashimi dish than a citrus cooked dish-lovely! The cooked fish choices always fantastic as well!

Another ig thumbs up to RT

We dine at the bar for lunch once or twice a month - the soups (most made with vegetarian broth) are exceptional, service always friendly

I do not find the space "cold" at all as one of the above reviews stated, the floor to ceiling drapes seprating areas are not only vibrantly colored but absorb a lot of sound, the Bar area is lively with fresh fruits and colorful botlles, the dining areas have modern furniture but it is plush and inviting when you sit.

One of our family member sis a type one Diabetic and they actually have a nutritionist on site that helps with dertemining portion sizes, ingrediants and insulin measures.

        Highly recommend

Went just under a year ago. Was underwhelmed. It was fine, but not worth the price. My long review can be found here on Chowhound under one of my NY review threads.

i was there once for a business lunch and had a nicely cooked pork chop served with stone fruits. that said, i'm glad i didn't pay for it. the space is cold and service is indifferent. there's better value for your money out there, unless you're going on a 30% off deal, which i have seen them participate in.
