Any ideas for high end OC, Irvine or Foothills Ranch restaurants?

I'm planning a business dinner and am looking for some great recommendations for either foodie favorities or high end restuarants in the OC. Thank you!

    I'll also toss out Piccolino in Mission Viejo whose location is pretty close to Foothill Ranch.
