Plain Pork Sausages

For this winter, I am looking for good old fashioned plain pork sausages. Would anyone know of a good butcher who ideally uses Quebec pork to make plain sausages? Not looking for sausages with wine, echallotes, maple syrup, bacon etc etc etc....

I think Porc Meilleur at Marché Jean-Talon has the sausages you want.
I can't quite remember what name they go by - breakfast sausages? saucisses naturelles? - but I know they carry a sausage that tastes of nothing but pork, and very juicy.
They also have carry a mustard sausage which is pretty mild/neutral in flavor too.

Saucisse de Toulouse is a plain pork sausage. It's very easy to find. IIRC the one from Queue de Cochon is pretty good.

My goto for plain pork sausages (salt'n'pepper only) is Milano (on st-Laurent)

I am a Milano regular but have never tried their sausages! Thanks for the tip Maximilien!

Milano, really? I have posted a thread the same as this one, in search of plain pork sausages, and Milano used to be my main place to shop before I moved to the Plateau. I never saw plain sausages there, I always ended up with either spicy (mildly or very) or merguez. Was I looking in the wrong place? What are they called? Damnit, if Milano has plain pork sausages and I just somehow never saw them I'm going to ... be annoyed at myself :)
