New England Soup Factory- Italian Beef Stew?

Totally random post..but I have been to NE Soup Factory several times and now I'm obesessed with tracking down this recipe (or one similar). I know they have a cookbook...but I'm not really interested in purchasing just for this one recipe! Any Chowhounds out there have any tips?

I have the cookbook. The only stew recipes are "Hearty and Rich Beef Stew" and "Veal and Portobello Mushroom Stew." If you want those, Minuteman Library Network has the book or you could e-mail me.
