Technique closed?

Apparently Technique, formerly Ventana, is no more. The SWMBO called today and a recording said the restaurant is closed. That was a really nice lunch place. I will miss it.

I posted about this a couple of months ago. I'll really miss Ventana / Technique. I went a couple of times during the last month and, while the food was pretty decent, the service seemed to suffer from "short-timers" disease. The students said it was going to become a catering operation. I wish them success.
