New Yorker archive
Each year, I always look forward to the New Yorker food-centric issue so I've started to subscribe to the magazine to gain access to their archives and read all their older food articles or anything that might have slipped by the first time around. New Yorker Magazine was where Anthony Bourdain first wrote about not buying fish on sundays, Bill Buford wrote about what it took to work in Mario Batali's kitchen(those articles will be familar to anybody who's read Heat), etc..
But, one of the problems with their archives is that you already need to know what you're looking for to find the articles. Does anybody have any suggestions or recommendations or favorite New Yorker food articles to look for in their archive and read?
