I believe you're thinking of the "Greece" episode.
All of the South American episodes involved beef - no goat. And there were absolutely no men "dancing" - lol!!
The roasted goat & the men dancing, drinking, & shooting firearms was from the "Greece" episode.

re: coll
I think the season premier is tonight. I got a tweet from him that he "would be live twatting tonight".
My favorite line of his is also from his twitter account. This was months before Paula Deen announced she had diabetes too. He wrote, "I may have misread this, but did Paul Deen create a diabetes flavored lip balm?"

re: Bacardi1
I can vaguely recall a South American episode where there was B. & 2 cowboy gentlemen, out in the middle of nowhere eating over a campfire.
Given the language difficulties they were imbibing, often, probably as a means of communication & then they decided to go walk on a glacier.
Which seemed to be foreign to all of them.
Did not have the most appropriate footwear but by then pretty wasted.I think the rough hewn gentlemen may have been 'gauchos', or semblances thereof, which probably narrows that episode down to Brazil, Argentina, parts of Chile, Uruguay, maybe Bolivia.

re: Bacardi1
I just remember a caravan in a half circle on a dark night, and guys cooking something on a grill. The alcohol I just imagined I guess, since it's such a constant theme. And maybe swords instead of guns? Some kind of big scary weapons. Those final eating scenes are always over the top, in a good way.

Argentina was not the episode, maybe I described it wrong. It was a grilled meat on/around a fire. I think he was with about 5-10 cowboys and it appears they got hammered. They were dancing around the fire. I think the next morning he was drinking coffee and said something like "nothing better than grilled meat and men dancing... sorrry for the lack of info.
