Farm Fresh Dairy Kosher Restaurant in New York

I met someone last week in the restaurant business who told me about a farm fresh dairy restaurant in New York with a progressive and frequently changing menu. I cannot remember the name of the place, and I stupidly did not write it down, but I was hoping someone here would know the name of this restaurant is as I am planning a trip to NY and would like to visit this place. From what I recall it is in Queens or Brooklyn.

I've very much enjoyed Basil on the two occasions I've eaten there, but I've never heard of it being 'farm fresh' or anything of the like.
