Lasagna roll-ups

I am taking lasagna roll ups to a party on Saturday....would you make them standing up or laying down - and which is the advantage of either way? Thanking you very much for answering me.

Agree with monavano -- the spiral has a bigger visual effect lying down on the plate.

I'd do them laying down so that the filling didn't fall out the bottom. Either way would probably work, tho.
