Business Casual dinner in Gas Lamp District

I am arranging a business dinner for 8 people in the Gas Lamp district. Looking for something tasty, not too exotic, and not expensive (non-profit staff on limited per diem). Atmosphere should be conducive to having a discussion about a project.

Cowboy Star is my go to restaurant for business lunches/dinners. Great food with a great atmsophere -- no shouting is required to hear your dining partner. It's very reasonable for lunch, but can be rather expensive for dinner.

JSix might be your best option. You could also call Cafe Chloe and adk if you could get their room in the back

I'm gonna say Blue Point mainly cause that is really the only restaurant I like in that area
