Good food between Redondo beach and downtown LA

I am planning to meet a friend somewhere midway between Redondo beach and downtown LA. Anyone have any recommendations of a good restaurant / bar? Doesn't have to be fancy, but I want good food and reasonable drinks!

    Maybe Musha? Miles-wise, a little closer to Redondo. Food is great, though beer and wine only.
