Seeking private party location in Bergen County

We are looking for a restaurant that can accommodate a private party of approximately 45 people for either dinner on Sat. night or brunch on Sunday. We are looking for the impossible...superior food and service, an atmosphere that won't scare off a mostly older crowd (nothing too noisy), upscale/updated decor, accessible location and parking, and pricing that isn't ridiculous. We have done a lot of asking around already, and quite a bit of Internet research. Haven't come up with anything yet and hoping for some additional ideas. Thanks!

Have you looked at Bacari Grill in Washington Township or Biagios in Paramus. Both have very good food and service and are nice quiet restaurants.
There is also Valentino's in Park Ridge that has a small room that might work for your party.
