Czernina (Polish Duck Soup) in CLE?

Are there any Polish/Czech restaurants in the Cleveland area that serve real Czernina - aka Polish Duck Soup? I'm looking for the kind like Grandma/Bacha used to make using duck's blood rather than chocolate or raisins to get the dark broth. Thank you for any suggestions.
