Dinner in Chattanooga - 212 market, st. johns or canyon grill

I am going to be in Chattanooga for one night only. Which restaurant would you recommend - 212 market, st. johns, canyon grill or something better?

Also, we are planning to do lunch at zarzours - is it worth it?

All are good choices. If you are wine drinkers bear in mind that Canyon Grill is BYOB. 212 has an amazing wine list and is very environmentally aware.
