galette des rois

Where can I buy a good galette des rois, preferably on the Upper East Side?

Thanks for the suggestions. When walking by the Maison du Chocolat on Madison Avenue at 78th Street, I saw one in the window. I ordered one for pickup before our party. It was fresh and excellent.

Thanks for sharing! We indeed enjoyed our slice from Epicirie, though as first-time tasters we had no basis for comparison.

Dominique Ansel Bakery has it (whole cakes as well as by the slice). It is in Soho, though.

          Payard also offers it.

Epicerie Boulud, on the West Side. Maybe one of Boulud's East Side establishments also offers it
