Looking for chicken fajitas that are like Pickled Parrot

There was something about the Pickled Parrot fajitas that I loved. They possibly had a little soy sauce in them? The marinade was salty but not overly so, and spicy. I haven't been able to find anything like them since. Any recommendations? My birthday is coming up so I'm sure I can talk my friends into taking me anywhere I want.
