Looking for a Copy Cat Recipe [moved from Boston board]

Morning All!

New to this board...and hoping someone can help me. The Fox and Hounds in Quincy has a dish called Asian Grilled Salmon that comes with a delicious and tangy carrot scallion slaw. I would love to recreate this slaw at home...the carrot and scallion part is easy...the dressing not so much and it really makes the recipe. Anyone have any suggestions?

Your first step should be to ask the restaurant. Most are pretty forthcoming when it comes to recipes. Even if they don't give your quantities, a list of ingredients will probably get you 90% of the way there for something like a dressing.
