Fancy Brunch in Northern Suburbs for 60th Birthday Celebration

Hi Chowhounders! I am looking for a fancy brunch location on a Sunday morning to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. There are 8 adults and three kids (two babies) so we must be able to make a reservation. It should be fancy, but not over the top. Anywhere in the northern suburbs would be great. Thanks!

Prairie Grass does a nice brunch but it's a la carte. Looking for a prix fixe option?
