Great American Health Bar Veggie Burger

About 7 - 8 years ago I ate a veggie burger from the Great American Health Bar in New York City. It was located on Broadway but has since moved. Does anyone know of a copycat recipe or the original recipe for this Veggie Burger? It was the best veggie burger I have ever had and since moving to Arizona I can't find anything that compares.

Thank you. You are correct. My memory was vague and it has been over 6 years since I was there. I went to the link you sent and found that it is the place. I just remember that I LOVED their veggie burger and carrot juice/frozen yogurt shake can't find anything that compares to it.

Do you or anyone know the recipe for their veggie burgers?

I worked downtown several years ago and I think that it was a Great American Health Bar before it was Broadway Cafe (but way before 6 years ago). I don't think the two places are related but they probably have similar menus. They are under two very different hashgachot.

I am sorry. I wasn't clear. There used to be a restaurant by this name on Broadway near the World Trade Center. I looked at the menu for the one on W. 57th Street and it seems as though it is the same place.

You sure you don't mean Broadway Cafe and Health Bar on 160 Broadway? I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed names either. I don't think there was ever a Great American Health Bar down there.

Are you sure you're talking about a Great American Health Bar on Broadway? I'm pretty sure it hasn't moved; it's located on W 57th between 5th and 6th.
