Cooking classes at The Cookery in Durham, NC

Has anyone taken any of the cooking classes at The Cookery? Some interesting choices taught by well-known local chefs/bakers/roasters. I will be taking the one on sausage making next month. I also want to take the one on pasta making but it's sold out. Hopefully they will offer it again soon.

I took a pizza making class at The Cookery and it was great - the people instructing us were very informative and fun, and afterward there was a huge variety of the best pizza I've ever tasted to sample. I did wonder what would happen if the weather was inclement - the noncooking portion of the class was outside, next to the building.

Please do report. I was interested in the sausage class but it sold out before I had a chance to register.

The Jan. class is sold out but there are still seats available in the Feb. class. That's when I'm taking it.
