  1. OK, there are only 3 of these I've tried:
    2. Triple Ginger Snap Cookies: Meh - I really prefer the Ginger Snaps at World Market - can't put a finger on why
    10. Charles Shaw Wines - Locally, they went down to $2.49 instead of $3 - I don't like their Cab Sav, but the Merlot is OK
    19. Meyer Lemon Cookie Thins - I really like these

    1. 1. Frozen Mandarin Orange Chicken - okay. Tasted like westernized Chinese dish, not authentic Chinese.

      3. Greek Yogurt - I liked the honey, and apricot/mango ones

      5. Candy Cane Joe Joe's Cookies* - liked, not loved.

      6. Frozen Chocolate Croissants - liked, not loved.

      12. Speculoos Cookie Butter** - bought, haven't tried.

      14. Olive Oil Popcorn - okay

      18. Frozen French Onion Soup - bought, haven't tried.

      19. Meyer Lemon Cookie Thins - quite liked, but haven't felt the need to stock up

      22. Chocolate Covered Potato Chips - okay, was expecting something crispier

      26. Frozen Chicken Potstickers - meh, filling did not enough flavor for me

      27. Lemon & Triple Ginger Snap Ice Cream - not bad, though not my favorite ice cream. I make home-made ice cream now so I am spoiled.

Wow we have tried quite a lot from the list.

Steve, you DO need to try the soy chorizo! I'm a meat-eater, but I like this better than the real thing. My fave is heating it up in a skillet (remove from the plastic casing first!) and then scramble eggs into it. Roll that up in a tortilla with some cheese and it's better than 95% of the breakfast burritos I've had while eating out.

I've tried about half of this ist. My only 'meh' of what I tried is the frozen onion soup (18). Good concept, baked it up, soup part was pretty good but the crouton/bread was barely there and flavorless, and most importantly, the cheese was weird--odd texture, tasted like plastic. And FOS has to have killer cheese!

The peanut butter (8) is awesome, and the frozen mac/cheese (9) is a killer easy comfort food, better than many restaurant offerings. I made a killer easy dessert : take 2 triple ginger snap cookies (2), and add a spoonful of pumpkin ice cream between them. Has to be tasted to be believed. (Alas, the pumpkin ice cream is seasonal.) Haven't tried the speculoos yet--afraid of getting hooked!

          2. I thought the frozen palak paneer was pretty bland and underwhelming

            1. Their soy chorizo is a staple at my house. I use it to make tacos. It's better than name-brand soy chorizo, easily.

Love the Cookie Butter... gave some as gifts for Christmas, too.

              1. These are the ones that I have had:

                1. Frozen Mandarin Orange Chicken--Yes, when I ate meat, I LOVED this. It was great for families too.
                3. Greek Yogurt--I have issues with dairy, but if/when I have yogurt, it is Fage.
                5. Candy Cane Joe Joe's Cookies*--I did try the chocolate covered ones.. and it was quite rich. My favorite part was the pep-cream in the middle.
                8. Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flaxseeds--Excellent product!
                12. Speculoos Cookie Butter**--Too gingerbread-tasting for me.
                13. Roasted Seaweed Snack--Excellent but I wish you could buy bigger packages; it seems wasteful to buy multiple packages with all its wrapping.
                14. Olive Oil Popcorn--I do not get the appeal of the 'olive oil' but it is decent.
                20. Frozen Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions--Lovely peppers.
                24. Steamed Lentils--I adore this product--you can easily add it to soups and dishes for added protein.

The garlic mushrooms in a jar are 100% the best treat of life. I know random, but I always forget that they are spectacular!

I did not know garlic mushrooms in a jar existed :o

                  1. re: Rilke

Next to the olives and pickles, typically below the spices. I know I 100% forgot them, but there was a split second "maybe I should not share so they don't run out"-moment before I wrote it. Nonetheless, it is more important to share because I actually don't go there except once and a while anyway.--I hope you enjoy them!
