Great Macarons in Little Falls

The big trend in NYC has been these boutique type places that sell assorted flavored Macarons. While they are wonderful they are very expensive and the trip into the city makes it more pricey and just not worth it. I came across a great little shop in Little Falls called Asalt &Buttery. They had the same amazing flavors (Rose, salted caramel, pistachio, raspberry and others). I thought they were very good and pretty comparable to the ones I bought in the city. While they are still a little pricey they were way cheaper than New York City.

What is "a little pricey'?" I believe there is a bakery in Montclair selling them for $2.75 each.

Hello, I am the owner/chef at Asalt & Buttery I don't believe I am supposed to post here but I wanted to thank you for the kind words and clarify the price. $1.65/Macaron regardless of whether it is one or a dozen. -Maureen

        I bought a dozen for $19.50
I think they were $2 each if bought individually.
