Allspice Leaves - what to do with them
My co-worker brought back some allspice leaves that she picked for me when visiting a friend's house in Jamaica. What can I do with them?
Googling tells me that they are used in jerk, but I'm not a big fan of jerk. And I know that I can use them like bay leaves.
Anyone have any good ideas for me?
