Thinking of going. Anyone been lately? Have not seen any recent posts. Do they get a dinner crowd on a Saturday night or mainly a bar crowd? How is the food since the departure of Chef D'Ennery?
Currently, the acting chef is the sous sous (if you will). Since the departure of ChefMD, the food quality has remained solid, but the menu has lost the creativity and the innovation that existed previously. The menu also has not changed with the seasons as Mike used to do. There is also no longer a push for organic and local products as before. That being said, you will still have a good meal there.
We go to Trinity pretty often.
we usually have the mussel appetizer-i am kind of addicted to it-little pieces of chorizo in the sauce -Delish.
have had the cod and swordfish-perfectly cooked fresh fish.
perfect atmosphere-reminds me of a Parisienne restaurant we ate at once.
