Melbourne Beach area - special occasion

Any advice on a nice place to take a couple of older relatives for
a special birthday - within half an hour or so of Melbourne.
We are a group of nine people so are looking for something nice
(i.e. tablecloths!) but not tooooooo pricey. Seafood, Italian, or ?
