Pink Adobe Restaurant Green Chile Stew - Santa Fe

I'm making this dish from a recipe floating around on the internet. Unfortunately, it doesn't match the description of the green chile stew on the Pink Adobe website. It is missing potatoes and "spices" other than salt, pepper and a tiny bit of sugar. I'm told this dish is wonderful at the restaurant. Anyone have the recipe?

I use garlic powder, oregano, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime.
