Hi Guys,
I read a profile of a food writer who wrote a new book about cooking efficiently by using meats and vegetables in their entirety. I read a profile of the author on a US Air flight and I believe she worked at Chez Panisse at one point and I know Alice Waters wrote the forward to this book. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks!
