does anyone know a few places here i can find veal stock in montreal? preferably good price
Most good butcher shop should have fond de veau (and demi-glace); I get mine from one of the butcher (St-Vincent) at JTM in the frozen section.
Academie Culinaire in Old Montreal used to sell it in their student store - could call and check.
The butchers at Atwater market will have it. Think it costs 5$ for like 500ml
If you're near Monkland village in NDG, the Maître Boucher store should have some.
