Seattle guy comin down for 4 days need some recs near Scottsdale

I come to az often as we have a home in chandler, I come down every year with my dad and father in law for Barrett Jackson, we stay at my dads condo on keirland, he loves to go out and hit some good happy hours. I have been to a few down there is there any must go happy hours in the area? Also looking for a good hole in the wall for aquick grab. Don't mind driving a few to get here but would like to try something new. We like everything. I love cowboy ciao but would like to try something new if you know what I mean.

Near Kierland Commons is one of my fave for happy hour..Carlos O'Brien's..cheap and cheesy good.
I like Lon's at the Hermosa for breakfast/lunch or dinner.
Happy hour at McCormicks and Schmicks is pretty good..
Durant's for old school drinks and dinner..they are open for lunch too.
Chuckbox in Tempe for best cheeseburger..super dive but fab.
Carolina's behind the PHX airport for Mex..another dive but really good and cheap.

Love Barrett Jackson..looking for a styled out 67 Bronco!

There's another Carolina's location which is much closer at 2126 E. Cactus Road. Great burritos!

I would suggest happy hour at Roka Akor at 7299 N. Scottsdale Road. Great happy hour menu if you sit in the lounge after 5.

Try the new Barrio Queen. It is owned and operated by the chef at Barrio Cafe in Phoenix. Pure goodness. It opened at the end of December. Great bar and great food. It is across the street from Cowboy Ciao.
