So you are not getting the same prepared food with the new ownership. But the new owner is the new chef as well, and the menu has not changed. I ate there last week and it was still quite good. The new owner is also not Italian, but Armenian. With all these new changes, it's most likely not going to be the same... with that said, it's still good.
