Good olive oil in central jersey?

I'm making an olive oil cake, and am out of my favorite artisan olive oil. Since they are based in california, I won't get it in time for the cake event, so I'm looking for a good olive oil that I can get locally. Supermarket is fine, but I'm always overwhelmed with the different kinds and without tasting them (or spending $50 on different bottles), I don't know which ones have the strong fruity flavor I'd want in the cake.

Any suggestions on places where I can get delicious olive oils and/or might even have a tasting room?

Joe Leone in Pt Pleasant has his own custom blend of olive oil dispensed right in the store you can bring your won bottle and fill it up in the store.....

There are gourmet shops (though the recession may have closed them down) specializing in olive oil in Red Bank and in Princeton. I'm sorry - I don't have time to look up the names, but a google search could point you in the right direction.

Try SIckles and Ferrucci's (sic!) in LIttle Silver. Also try Marshalls as well as Home Goods. Those two chain stores sometimes have amazing European/British food including olive oil and vinegar.

Carter and Cavero have many olive oils you can taste before purchasing. They have multiple locations.

Home Goods has a good selection of affordable extra virgin believe it or not.

Central Jersey covers a lot of ground but there's Dolce and Clementi's in Robbinsville - a very good Italian Deli .
