Restaurants to recommend in Buffalo.
Visiting Buffalo for three days from Tuesday onward. Can anyone recommend any must eat restaurants while I am there. Looking for any type of restaurant from fine dining to hidden hole in the wall jewels;) Thanks for any future replies.

You are probably here now, so may not see this. There are lots of places to recommend here--can you give us some idea of what kind of food you like, or what neighborhood you'll be in? That might give people a better idea of what to recommend.

I know, I am sorry I was so vague. I guess good wing, steak and pizza joints. I would also like a good soft serve ice cream place in the area. Btw, I don't mind if it is outside Buffalo, not too far away driving wise though. After all, I did drive to Bar Bill in East Aurora on someone's previous recommendation last year.

For soft serve ice cream, probably Anderson's is your best bet. There are several branches--one is on Sheridan Drive, one on Main in Williamsville, one on Delaware in the city.
For wings, you've probably read those threads--Duffs would be my choice, but I've never been to Bar Bill so I can't compare. There are lots and lots of Pizza choices and each will have adherents. There's Just Pizza, Bocce Club, and LaNova, just to name a few. For steak the Buffalo Chophouse is highly regarded but also quite expensive.
