While I am a fan of Dave's store, I do not like his pasta. For 30 yrs my go-to pasta has been the very silky pasta made at Bella Ravioli, close to rt. 93, in Medford. 2nd generation sons Michael and Robert. When I make canneloni or lasagna, i ask them for extra thin sheets so i don't have to cook it before assembly. They are so helpful; you can take your rav filling to them and they will put it through their rav maker. Same for pasta itself; i have taken them chopped cilantro and jalapenos and they have made my sheets for me!

I got some delicious fresh herb fettuccini at a late season farmers market-
gimmiespaghetti.com- Valicenti Organico. They are based in Hollis, NH, but distribute to retail outlets listed on their website. They have fresh pasta in a creative variety of flavors, and some frozen products.›2 Replies-

re: whs
I havent been to Venda, so dont know to compare, but I know Guilios Bakery in the Farmland in Wakefiled sells fresh pasta. Used to get it years ago, so dont know how it is now. I think i may have only noticed it frozen last time, so they may have cut down production over the years. I also used to love the flavor and texture of Calitris fresh angel hair in Danvers, but its a restaurant and dont think they sell the pasta, although they sell the bread dip oil so maybe they sell their fresh pastas..
