Noodle Shop in White Plains

As I was walking down Main St., I noticed a sign in a window saying that a Noodle Shop was coming soon. The location is in the little mall across the street from Atlanta Bread Co./Barnes and Noble. Has anyone heard or read anything about this place?

Just had a quick bowl of beef pho. It's all about the broth for me and it was a little short on flavor. I'll come back to try the dumplings

It's near an optician's store and the parking area for City Hall . A Nestle Toll House cookie store lasted about 3 minutes in the same location.

was that recently? sort of an odd concept unless it was a kiosk at a mall

There was an Italian cafe after Nestle that lasted even less time. I think that spot itself is a problem. Nothing has survived there.

it's an odd spot. people don't know a restaurant is even there. they have to advertise that it is there.
