New Year's Eve soba?

I was thinking of heading out New Year's Eve for a bowl of soba. Then I read that Yokohama Kaigenro closed a few months ago.

Any suggestions? With it being New Year's Eve, I'd like to stay as far away from the Strip as possible.

Looking at online reviews, Miko's Sushi and Shuseki sound like possibilities, but neither have online menus.
