Best hot chocolate in Baltimore?

Visiting in January and wondering where I can get some decadent hot chocolate. Thanks!

  1. You can't go wrong at Glarus in Harbor East. Great little shop. Hot chocolate is a seasonal item there. I assume they'll have it it January, but you might call ahead. The chocolates are wonderful too. Try the bark. The chocolates would be great if you want to bring a Baltimore gift home to someone.
