Bad Experience at Sotto in the Village

I just went to lunch at Sotto in the Village. I mentioned right away I was on my lunch break and pressed for time. This did not effect our very slow service.
First the single very small cup of coffee my step dad ordered was never refilled and cost $4 and the cream had black specks in it. Second we ordered sandwiches and they took about 45 minutes + to make. Third none of this was followed by any sort of regard for my request for a speedy lunch.
I understand that maybe this restaurant might not cater to the business lunch crowd, but feel that it is good service to let someone know it might take longer then requested. I am not big on writing negative reviews but am quite frustrated with this experience.
Curious to see any one else's thoughts on this restaurant. The food was good, but service was abysmal.
