Mulan Cambridge Closed with Paper on Windows

There was also a cryptic sign which said [sorry this isn't an exact quote since I didn't have either a camera or a piece of paper] "Mulan Waltham open holiday be you."

I certainly hope that this is just a holiday week closing. This is my favorite spot for lunch when I am working in that neighborhood.

Ok , called the Waltham location when the Cambridge phone wasn't answered. They will be re-opening in Cambridge tomorrow, 1/6/2012. What a relief; thought I'd have to high-ho out to Waltham for my dry bean curd with squid..

I think you're ok. They had a sign on the take-out counter a couple of weeks ago saying they would be closed between Christmas and New Years (not exactly sure of the dates).

Phew! It was the paper on the windows that threw me more than the fact that they were closed at lunch.

I walk by there most days on my way home from work. While it's always crowded at lunch it's always completely dead in the evenings.

Really? On weekends there is often a wait for a table. I'm so glad to hear they aren't closed, that would have been upsetting.
