NYE in Napa Valley? Where to eat and what to do?

Hi, I will be in Napa Valley on New Year's Eve and was wondering if anyone had any ideas as far as where to celebrate at midnight? Also, if you could only pick a handful of wineries to visit that day, which would you choose?

This is a little late, obviously, but we did 4th of July and had a fantastic view of fireworks from Ubuntu's back courtyard. One of the best meals I've ever had (and I'm not a vegetarian).
