Wuji Mala's Hot Pot - San Jose/broth question
I enjoy the non-spicy broth offering at this restaurant. It's a milky white broth that has great flavor. The staff seems kind of secretive about it so I've been doing some searching on the internet to try and identify the ingredients but haven't had much luck. The waiter did ask if we had any dairy intolerance, but the info on the web mention soy or coconut milk so it would seem different from that used at the restaurant. Any ideas on the broth recipe? Thanks!
