Sea Harbour Dim Sum is pretty darn good.
I had the Scallop and Shark fin dumpling, congee with fish, egg custard tarts (pure delicious egg yolk with flaky pastry served up piping hot), eggplant with shrimp paste (deilciious), black fungus/vegetable dumpling (is black fungus supposed to have like a truffle-y scent to it? there was none on detection), coconut jely.
and of course copious amounts of tea, is dim sum only on sat and sun, or on weekdays too during the breakfast/lunch hours???
thanks.

Just went last Wednesday at about 11:30. Got right in but an hour later, the crowd waiting outside was typical for a weekend. Haven't been before on a weekday so don't know if this is typical or because of winter break-which is why we were there-2 moms, 3 kids. Oh yes, their fried turnip while doesn't look like what I am accustomed to is the best I have ever had and will crave for the rest of my life. But, now that I know that SGV doesn't compare to Vancouver, I feel like I am missing something:(

re: ipsedixit
Yes to what Ips says about the hours and days. We're lucky folks : )
And extra lucky - had a friend down from Seattle to visit, a very happy dim sum eater, shrimp lover - and she'd never had, nor heard of the eggplant with shrimp. So I felt a tad guilty today when I got an order of it just to take home for later.
But not so guilty that I didn't : )
